Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
